Shipping can be a real hassle, but here's what we can do to make things easier
We currently ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses. For orders shipped to a location outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*Please note that we ship during normal business hours from Monday to Friday on regular business days. We are close on weekends and statutory holidays. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.
We offer fast, reliable and affordable shipping options. All packages (except samples) are couriered sent and tracked using Canada Post. Samples are mailed by regular mail and may take up to 2 weeks.

All products are shipped from Canada.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your order please email us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject of your email. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for a reply.
Out of stock items
Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified via email regarding the estimated time of arrival and the rest of your order will be processed. Your remaining order will be shipped when it becomes available at no extra charge.
Returns & Refunds
REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE unless an item was mis-shipped. Please make sure you have the right shades before you order. Not sure which skin tone you are? We've got your back. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a makeup free photo of you and we will work our magic. You can also give our samples a try or visit one of our retailers.
If your item was mis-shipped you can return the product and we will assume all costs.
1. Send us an email with your order number in the title to email@example.com.
2. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
3. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be in its original packaging. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
4. Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.

Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
